my garden is full of fruit: wild strawberries, wild raspberries, blackcurrants, sour cherries, yet to ripen nectarines and pears. I’m smiling but I got my new pale trousers (US speakers call these ” pants”) dotted with raspberry juice (can’t get this off! I am surrounded by insects and it’s raining dogd and cats right now. But like you I am smiling.
